We are seeking a highly skilled Back Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational activities in a wealth management firm.

  • Account opening, onboarding, and maintenance
  • Trade execution and reconciliation
  • Client reporting and compliance support

You will work closely with our relationship managers to ensure accurate record-keeping, smooth coordination with custodians and vendors, and timely delivery of client and regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in back office operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
