Senior Analog and Mixed Signal Circuit Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog and Mixed Signal Circuit Designer to deliver high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Design and develop high-speed SerDes blocks, including Transmitter (Tx), Receiver (Rx), PLL, USR, and LNA;
- Work on Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) using successive approximation, delta-sigma, dual slope, pipelined, and flash architectures;
- Design Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs) using weighted resistor and R-2R ladder techniques;
- Develop high-speed IOs, including DDR2/3/4, MIPI, SATA, USB, and LVDS;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate layout blocks into larger systems.
Key Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech. or Masters/M.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design and development;
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard EDA tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso L/XL/GXL and Calibre;
- Familiarity with TSMC 7nm/5nm FINFET technology and 22FDX/12FDX/FDSOI processes;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
