About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Officer to join our team at Call For Jobs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class services to our customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met through our financial products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Engaging regularly with customers as defined by our contact policy and providing a consistent and superior digital experience.
  2. Ensuring customers receive world-class services and their needs are met through our financial products.
  3. Enhancing customer relationships while educating, encouraging, and inducing customers to use digital mediums for their banking transactions and needs.
  4. Maintaining a "window" for customers to talk to the bank whenever needed.
  5. Meeting scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks set, while adhering to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  6. Positioning the RM as the top-of-mind recall amongst customers in their catchment area for all their financial needs and services.
