Quality Assurance Leadership Role

We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our QA team, defining quality standards and best practices. As a key member of our organization, you will design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader passionate about automation and process improvement. You will collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development, driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.

About This Role

  • Lead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web, Mobile, Backend, and Infrastructure
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes

Requirements

  • MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
