We are seeking an accomplished project leader to spearhead our Skid Projects division.
Job Description:
- Lead cross-functional teams and establish objectives, standards, and production schedules that ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Organize resources for various projects, including production planning, maintenance activities, and material requirements planning.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ASME standards, IBR codes, and EN codes, as well as lean manufacturing techniques.
- Prepare change orders and negotiate with customers to secure milestone payments.
- Deliver projects on time to avoid late deliveries.
- Manage commercial aspects, contract conditions, and material requirements planning to mitigate material risks.
- Collaborate with design, projects, purchase, vendors, and shop production planning teams to align with monthly production plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in vendor development and selection.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive strategies with operations and procurement teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers (MS Office)
- Knowledge of commercial and contractual terms
- In-depth knowledge of ASME, IBR, EN Codes
- Knowledge and certification in Prime vera and MS Project
