Senior Operations Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our consulting and operations functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing teams, consulting with clients, and ensuring operational excellence.
This is a foundational leadership role that requires a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices. You will be expected to drive both client delivery and business growth while maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
- Oversee client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
- Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or export/compliance industry.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
