About Workforce Transformation (WX) Practice
The WX practice is a relatively new and vibrant unit within Infosys Consulting established with the intent of invigorating Infosys Consulting's service offerings and improving the footprint across new markets. This unit was designed to provide consulting & advisory services at the top of the value chain in North America, (NAM), Europe and the Emerging Markets (Asia, Middle East, ANZ, Africa).
Our Workforce Transformation practice in Europe, with over 150 specialists, supports large global firms and most recognizable local brands in solving their most significant challenges around Human Capital Management (HCM) Transformation, Organizational Change and Agile ways of working. Within the HCM transformation team, we offer various services enabling HR transformations through employee experience design, digital HR advisory, HR service delivery improvement and overall HR program and change management
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking Consultants, Senior Consultants and Principals with experience in HCM transformation in our work transformation practice
In this role, you will be part of a team that focuses on HCM innovation in pursuit of enabling world-class workforce operations and experiences. You will guide our clients through the complex landscape of HR transformation, leveraging technology and best practices to create impact on business outcomes. You will deliver quality client service, provide insightful solutions, and balance multiple priorities. You will also demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, easily integrate into new teams, and establish relationships. More specifically, the responsibilities of this role include knowledge and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to optimize our clients HR operations and help them drive business results. The detailed responsibilities are as below:-
Leading ServiceNow HRSD projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities leveraging our agile deployment methodology
Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applications
Working with client stakeholders to document baseline, current state HR Service Delivery operations
Developing the points of value to deliver throughout the HR Service Transformation effort.
Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product including establishing key milestones, and finalizing budget/scope and high-
level architecture
Establishing user journeys and creating the user stories to support the design and configuration of the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities.
Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions.
Assisting with executing system validation, preparing the organization for the transition and ensuring reading for deploying the HRSD build into production.
Building your reputation within the firm and market around the strong HR Shared Services knowledge and ServiceNow product knowledge you possess.
Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development.
Execute FIT/GAP workshops and define target process designs aligned with ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
Configure the ServiceNow HRSD application to achieve the client's business requirements.
Write test scenarios and execute functional testing.
Assist in integration testing.
Support customers during UAT.
Create training material and conduct training of customers.
Assist with the architectural design and impact analysis for (new) requirements.
Professionals we are looking for:
- In-depth understanding of various HR functions like Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, and ability to design and implement HR journeys and processes aligned with business objectives.
- Hands-on experience with HR Cloud systems and capability to support the selection and implementation of HR technologies.
- Proven ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and help solve their HR challenges.
- Overall experience of 5-15 years, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably as an HR change management specialist related to technology / non-technology driven transformation programs
