Job Description

The role entails leading a cluster, spearheading business development and portfolio performance analysis. The individual will be responsible for managing regional portfolios, building market share, and establishing the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand. Key responsibilities include recruitment and talent nurturing, team performance review for revenue optimization, and client acquisition and management.

Key areas of focus include addressing high net worth individuals and ultra-high net worth clients for investment requirements. This involves offering exclusive product bouquets and superior service delivery to achieve clients' short-term and long-term investment goals.

In addition, the role involves assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans for acquiring new customers in the corporate space. The individual will also acquire and handle a group of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent qualification is necessary, with additional certifications in AMFI/NISM/IRDA being advantageous.
