Senior Automation Architect

About the Role

As a Quality Architect (Test Automation), you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our projects. Your expertise in automation testing and solution architecture design will enable us to deliver high-quality products that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop large-scale automation solutions with a focus on technical excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
  • Perform architecture reviews and audits to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our solutions
  • Establish project goals and objectives to ensure successful project delivery
  • Participate in pre-sale activities and provide RFP processing support
  • Communicate directly with clients during solution architecture design and implementation activities

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in automation testing and 5+ years of experience in solution architecture design
  • Advanced level in at least one business domain
  • Experience in setting up test automation strategies for different domains and projects
  • Expert-level knowledge in test automation frameworks, tools, and approaches
  • Strong knowledge of at least two programming languages, including one scripting language
  • Strong knowledge of architecture and ability to suggest different automation solutions based on architecture specifics
  • Understanding of basics of enterprise and business architecture
  • Solid background in design and implementation of external services integrations
  • Strong knowledge of one of the platforms (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Content Management)
  • Experience with multiple full lifecycle software development processes, approaches, and methods
  • Deep expertise in web application/web services architectures, relational and non-relational data storage specifics, cross-cutting concerns
  • Proactive approach and leadership in architecture engagement
  • Experience in customer site assignments
  • Strong communication skills
