Our travel platform offers a tailored experience for each traveler, introducing industry-first features. Notably, we've introduced the concept of travel gamification, wherein employees are rewarded for making financially conscious choices.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional traveler care and customer service to our clients. This includes accurately completing end-to-end international travel requirements for air, hotel, car, and rail. You will also be open to working in flexible environments, including rotational shifts that include night shifts. Furthermore, you will counsel clients on efficient routings for lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage in coordination with their business travel policies wherever necessary.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential to success. As a coach, developer, and mentor, you will guide peers, new and/or junior Travel Consultants, while delivering expectations against individual and shared team key performance indicators. Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage.
