Job Overview

As a Public Policy Manager, you'll develop and implement advocacy strategies to engage with central and state governments, regulators, and other key stakeholders to promote CARS24's interests. You'll represent CARS24 in public policy forums, meetings with policymakers, and industry associations to ensure the company's perspective is represented in all regulatory matters.

You'll monitor and conduct thorough research on policy issues, emerging regulatory frameworks, and government initiatives that impact business operations, compliance, and strategic objectives. You'll prepare regular reports and updates on public policy developments, summarizing key policy trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 college and 3-5 years of experience in policy advocacy, government & regulatory affairs. They should have a strong network and experience with ministries (MoRTH, Commerce, Finance), NITI Aayog, and regulatory bodies.

We're looking for someone with in-depth understanding of public policy, legislative processes, and business regulations. Knowledge of FDI, taxation, competition law, trade policy, and consumer protection laws is preferred. If you're passionate about making a difference in the automotive, technology, or e-commerce sectors, we want to hear from you
