This role shapes the future of our cutting-edge products as a Lead Engineer (6-8 years' experience). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, leading design, development, and optimization of Kubernetes-based IDP.

You'll work with state-of-the-art technologies alongside diverse individuals, fostering a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enabling teams to transition applications to Kubernetes through automated migration pipelines.
  • Developing automation for Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management.
  • Defining SLIs/SLOs for critical platform components.
  • Collaborating with development teams to build platform capabilities.
  • Conducting capacity planning and performance testing for platform scalability.
  • Participating in pairing, code reviews, unit testing, and secure deployments.
  • Staying updated on Kubernetes trends and applying them to solve complex challenges.

We're seeking candidates with:

  • Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience writing developer tooling in Go or Python, focusing on Kubernetes and improving user experience.
  • Extensive experience managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
  • Experience with Argo CD and GitOps methodologies.
  • Experience using Cilium, Kyverno, and Keda tools.
  • Monitoring and incident management experience.

Bonus Points for:

  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification.
