As a UX Research Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our online platform by uncovering valuable insights through user interviews, heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, and qualitative research.

  • User Interviews: Plan, conduct, and summarize 1:1 interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Heuristic Evaluations: Review our product to spot usability issues and suggest improvements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Benchmark competitor products and highlight opportunities for innovation.
  • Qualitative Research: Identify themes and insights from interviews, usability tests, and feedback.
  • Quantitative Research: Assist with surveys, data collection, and analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with a strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design. Familiarity with basic research methods is necessary, as well as excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills. As a remote worker, you must be comfortable working independently while maintaining open communication channels with the team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user behavior and experiences. They will be able to distill complex data into actionable insights, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of our platform.
