Job Title: Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.

  • Manage operational processes such as facility management, vendor relationships, and security services. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Manage budgets, including operating and capital expenses.
  • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and upgrades to facilities. Facilitate employee relocation and assist with special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in office administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
