Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a key member of the finance department. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing critical financial insights and guidance to product teams, driving strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, delivering management reporting, P&L analysis, and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Drive budgeting and monthly forecasting for assigned business areas, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
  • Build robust financial business cases for products, deals, and investments, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain strong collaboration with stakeholders and leadership, fostering open communication and trust
  • Support long-term planning and strategic financial alignment, developing and implementing effective financial strategies
  • Prepare internal financial presentations and decision-support materials, distilling complex data into clear and actionable recommendations

Requirements:

  • Must-Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A or business control roles, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong experience in a complex business environment, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving results
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, and Hyperion, with experience in data analysis and visualization
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
