This is a long-term opportunity that requires immediate availability and the ability to start within two weeks.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
- End-to-end testing: Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Experience testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
- Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
- Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
- Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.
- Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
