Senior Litigation Manager

Job Description:
As a Senior Litigation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of litigation across various domains. This includes but is not limited to criminal, recovery, regulatory, and civil matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end litigation including investigation, pleadings, and court proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- File complaints and supporting documentation in a timely manner.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and complaints.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
- Ensure compliance with court orders and proceed accordingly.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.

Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in managing litigation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of criminal law and its application in various contexts.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
