Production Supervisor

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of production plans and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve production plan compliance through effective sequencing and planning.
2. Monitor and report RMPM and auxiliary materials stock status, including monthly physical verification.
3. Provide daily updates on production plan, produced volume, FG stock, On-Hold stock, dispatches, and RMPM to the central team.
4. Conduct training sessions with the co-packer team on RRL guidelines and maintain accurate records.
5. Review logbooks daily and share non-compliance issues with operations and quality functions.
6. Implement timely upgrades or introductions of SOPs and guidelines.
7. Participate actively in pre-work for trials and new product commercialization.
8. Review and submit correct data for trials and new product commercialization through the co-packer.
9. Conduct daily reviews of production downtime with the co-packer team and share RCA with operations team.
10. Promote good practices and improvements among team members.
11. Verify records for line inspection and issue line clearance for production runs prior to start-up and at the end of the run.
12. Verify records for line inspection and issue line clearance for production runs after equipment maintenance.
13. Engage in daily meetings and discussions with plant senior management regarding observations and burning issues.
Quality Focus:
1. Perform GMP audits on a monthly basis.
2. Verify Process Interlock Checklist on a monthly basis.
3. Ensure compliance to Master Mixing Instructions (MMI), Minimum Test Frequency (MTF), sensory, and product release protocols.
4. Maintain storage conditions for RMPM, auxiliary, and FG.
5. Circulate Critical to Quality (CTQ) documents with operations and quality functions for each production day.
6. Review pest control for the site fortnightly, along with the pest sight logbook.
7. Implement Corrective Action Plans for consumer complaints.
8. Monitor incoming RMPM quality checks.
9. Comply with RRCB Quality and Operational guidelines.
Logistics Focus:
1. Ensure and audit FIFO guidelines for FG and RMPM.
2. Monitor FG stack heights, storage conditions at warehouse, and during dispatches.
3. Coordinate with shipping department members to ensure proper dispatch of shipments.
