Senior SEO Executive

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior SEO Executive. As an important member of our SEO department, you will be responsible for crafting and executing advanced SEO strategies to enhance our client's online visibility, drive organic traffic, and achieve top search engine rankings.

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to meet client objectives and improve search engine rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the content team to guide the creation of high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
  • Oversee technical SEO tasks, including site structure, schema markup, and page speed optimization, to ensure websites are search-engine friendly.
  • Manage and optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and images to improve relevance and user experience.
  • Lead link-building efforts, including strategy development, outreach, and backlink analysis, to build domain authority.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable SEO strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting strategies and results to clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and a deep understanding of how search algorithms work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with leadership skills, able to mentor junior staff and work closely with other departments.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.
  • Prior experience in managing teams and leading SEO projects is preferred.
