BIM Modeler and Site Coordinator

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler and Site Coordinator to join its team. As a Site BIM Coordinator cum BIM Modeler, you will be positioned at the project site and be responsible for developing BIM models and plans, as well as understanding the scope of work for Site Engineering. Your expertise in 3D BIM software and knowledge of industry standards will be essential in this role.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop detailed design drawings using Revit, including geometric modeling and rebar modeling
  • Support engineering documentation and BIM modeling, ensuring accuracy based on BIM standards and workflow criteria
  • Generate schematic animations for construction schemes and make design adjustments as necessary
  • Coordinate with Central EDRC and CPMC teams to support project execution
  • Set up annotation styles and families, and have good knowledge of project and shared parameters


Mandatory Skills:


  • Expert in 3D BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM, Tekla, and other software
  • BIM modeling concepts and procedures
  • Experience in modeling, BIM coordination, and project management
  • Good knowledge of parametric family creation and annotation family creation
  • Working experience in BIM360/ACC and clear understanding of industry standards
