Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our efforts in ensuring the responsible use of AI and data within our organization. As a Data and AI Risk and Compliance Lead, you will play a critical role in mitigating risks associated with AI and data usage, while promoting a culture of ethical AI and data governance throughout our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and data compliance, risk management, and communication. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI and data-related risks are minimized, and that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in AI and data compliance and/or risk management.
  • Expert-level writing, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with multiple levels of IT, Legal, and Business Management.
  • Knowledge of AI and data architecture, lifecycle, data quality standards, and cloud computing.
  • Experience of global working is highly desirable.
