Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve system and user challenges through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and escalation.
  • Maintain compliance with professional standards and processes by prioritizing, researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer-submitted issues within defined service level agreements.
  • Record and manage incidents according to departmental standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate and escalate customer issues to appropriate teams or management as needed.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of software operations and deployment strategies.
  • Configure and deploy Gridscale X Meter Data Management software on internal support environments.
  • Develop client-facing knowledge base articles to enhance customer experience and self-service capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Strong educational background in computer science or equivalent field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in customer support or delivery service teams, with a focus on cloud applications.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting cloud-based services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Working knowledge of Java and Oracle in UNIX/Windows environments.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
