As a seasoned engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of applications across manufacturing operations. Your expertise in real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions will ensure seamless integration with enterprise IT systems and industrial databases.

You will architect and implement scalable, efficient data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols to drive business growth and improve production outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy Ignition SCADA and MES applications that meet customer requirements
  • Architect and implement real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain secure, efficient data exchange using advanced communication protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical capabilities
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in SCADA/MES engineering within the manufacturing industry
  • Proven expertise with Ignition SCADA, Inductive Automation, including scripting module configuration and project deployment
  • Strong background in MES functions, production tracking, OEE, downtime analysis, traceability, SPC, etc.
  • Proficiency with database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with OT/IT integration technologies, REST APIs, MQTT, OPC UA
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLC, SCADA, HMIs, and plant floor connectivity
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards (ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, IEC 62443)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
