Job Title: Housekeeping Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Housekeeping Team: Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet the required standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure that housekeeping services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues or problems that may arise, such as guest complaints or equipment malfunctions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on housekeeping performance and any areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a certificate or degree in hospitality or a related field.
