Immersive and engaging user experiences are at the forefront of our search for a talented User Experience Designer. As a key player in shaping intuitive, impactful, and seamless user interactions across our Edtech content platform, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to transform complex problems into elegant solutions that empower scientists, educators, and learners globally.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless user experiences. You will design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces that align with delivering best-in-class research and education tools. Responsibilities also involve creating and iterating on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and validate ideas, conducting user testing, gathering feedback, and refining designs for maximum impact, defining and maintaining design standards, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products, leveraging data, usability findings, and market trends to inform design decisions and improve product usability, collaborating with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality expectations, advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization, championing the voice of the customer at every stage, and staying informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate user experience.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or digital content platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, from research and ideation through prototyping and delivery.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience conducting or collaborating on user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing multiple projects with creativity and attention to detail.
