The Technical Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation programs, translating business goals into scalable technical road-maps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models (LLMs, diffusion) and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices and ensure model governance and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish KPIs and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Mentor scrum teams and drive continuous improvement with OKR tracking.
  • Coordinate change-management and hyper-care for production rollouts.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI initiatives.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI solutions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven command of Agile and Scrum rituals.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
