Job Title: Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Data Scientist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets from diverse sources for accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.
  • Predictive Modeling
  • Design and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to drive business decisions.
  • Database Management
  • Develop and optimize databases, data pipelines, and analytics strategies for efficiency and scalability.
  • Visualization
  • Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify new opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
  • Model Deployment
  • Deploy and monitor analytical models in production, ensuring continuous optimization.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (4–7+ years preferred).
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R (knowledge of Java/Scala/C++ is a plus).
  • Proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects).
  • Familiarity with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, etc.) and ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and operations research.
  • Skilled in data modeling, database design, and segmentation techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving aptitude and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
