Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to help stakeholders make informed decisions.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports. They will collect, process, and clean data from multiple sources, perform in-depth data analysis, and collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

  • Design and develop complex Power BI dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collect, process, and clean data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel, and APIs.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience querying relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Python, or R is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
