People Data Analyst

This role involves working with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. They will also build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience and retention using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau and SQL.
As a member of the People Analytics team, you will analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to communicate your findings in clear, executive summaries.
We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills. If you have experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Mandatory working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)
- Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
- Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations
- Strong communication to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leaders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
