About this role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Associate Community Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering student experience initiatives.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires exceptional project coordination skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including student councils, vendors, and internal teams to bring events, programs, and communities to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Student Clubs: Oversee the operations of Tech & Non-Tech Student Clubs, ensuring their success and growth.
  • Support Student Council: Collaborate with the Student Council to plan and execute student-led initiatives, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.
  • Logistics and Event Management: Manage event logistics, track activities, and club impact metrics, while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Industry Project Support: Coordinate industry project logistics, student onboarding, and feedback, ensuring seamless execution and positive outcomes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage outreach and scheduling for domestic and international conferences, masterclasses, camps, and mentorship programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Communication, Management, Education, or Tech.
  • Project Coordination Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, event execution, student affairs, or community building.
  • Student Leadership Experience: Demonstrate prior involvement in college clubs, fests, or student leadership roles.
  • Digital Tools Proficiency: Be comfortable with digital tools, such as Google Workspace, Sheets, Slack, and Notion, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
