- Resolve complex problems involving CNC HMI screens, electrical/electronic field elements, CNC system parts, PLCs, controllers, and accessories.
- Decode machine drawings and schematics, analyzing components and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Dismantle and reassemble CNC machine parts with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and excellence.
- Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement best practices and strategies to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.
- Work closely with technical teams to develop and implement new procedures and technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of CNC machines, electrical systems, and mechanical assemblies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
