Lead Innovator for Packaging Excellence

Job Description

As a Lead Innovator, you will play a pivotal role in driving packaging excellence and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packaging design and development for new and existing products (domestic and international)
  • Lead new product development projects for pharmaceuticals and consumer business
  • Deliver cost savings through strategic buying initiatives
  • Conduct business analysis, spend analysis, opportunity analysis, and portfolio analysis
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering in existing and new business requirements
  • Develop new ideas around packaging materials, designs, and processes
  • Manage new export customer requirement launch support for biologics and other injectable products
