Job Title:

Catalogue Specialist


Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee and optimize our product catalogue across platforms.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the end-to-end catalogue process for shopify platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of product information, images, descriptions, and pricing.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Tech, Operations) to onboard products efficiently.
  3. Analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize visibility and conversions.
  4. Standardize catalogue taxonomy, attributes, and templates for better discoverability and customer experience.
  5. Maintain catalogue quality by minimizing errors, duplicates, and inactive SKUs.
  6. Track competitor listings and market trends to enhance catalogue effectiveness.
  7. Provide regular reporting and insights on catalogue performance for leadership review.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in catalogue management, merchandising, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with cataloguing tools.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and deliver results within deadlines.
