Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced financial operations professional to oversee end-to-end accounting activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records.

About the Role

  • Record daily financial transactions in Tally Prime Gold or QuickBooks with attention to detail.
  • Maintain general ledger, balance statements, and profit-and-loss accounts accurately.
  • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations and cash flow reports.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable; reconcile financial statements.

Invoicing & Client Management

  • Raise invoices to clients based on sales terms and follow up for timely payment.
  • Maintain legal contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Assist with investor-related work such as issuing certificates of deposit.
  • Prepare, send, and store invoices; contact clients for payment reminders.

Payroll & Employee Expenses

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers.
  • Collaborate with administration for employee travel requests and project-related expenditures.

Compliance & Taxation

  • Prepare and file tax deductions (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all statutory compliance filings are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in accounts, invoices, or tax filings.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Support the Finance Manager in closing processes, including monthly and year-end procedures.
  • Generate reports on accounts payable/receivable, cash flows, and project-wise expenditures.
  • Maintain both electronic and hard copies of financial reports, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and reporting.
  • Support multiple projects by processing payments, vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
  • Participate in performance reviews and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounting administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, tax regulations, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with financial data.
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
