  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
  • Certification in electric vehicle maintenance, e.g., ASE, OEM-specific certifications.
  • Experience with fleet management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong mentoring, training, and coaching to junior colleagues.
