Job Title: Gastronomical Experience Curator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Gastronomical Experience Curator.

This role involves creating bespoke gastronomical experiences for our clients, incorporating unique food events, off-beat destinations, and authentic local culture. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable passion for food and travel, with the ability to identify and filter the best culinary experiences. They will also be responsible for researching and tracking global consumer food trends, implementing them into restaurant recommendations and/or exotic epicurean experiences.

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and manage internal and external stakeholders. They will also be proficient in MS Excel and PPT, with experience in data analysis and presentation.

About the Role:

  • Gastronomical Product Development: Identify and source unique food events, track global consumer food trends, and create bespoke gastronomical experiences for our clients.
  • Clients Servicing: Coordinate with restaurants to ensure all briefs and dietary preferences are adhered to, check for availability, proceed with reservations, and provide logistical support.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the database of city guides and restaurant lists, which can be used as a ready reference.
