Qualifications & Skills:

  • Enrollment as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • At least three years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).
  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills are required.
  • Familiarity with property laws, commercial law, and regulatory processes is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with senior lawyers are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently is vital.
