This is an individual contributor role where you will be working alongside a talented team to analyze business needs and develop solutions.

Key responsibilities include driving identification of requirements across business units, documenting business requirements, evaluating system requirements, participating in project delivery, identifying change management processes, designing agile change strategies, maintaining awareness of best practices, and providing guidance feedback to junior analysts.

Professional experience/qualifications required include minimum 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, change management experience, project management experience, Salesforce Business Analyst Certification, and Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Other skills required include excellent listening, communication, facilitation and presentation soft skills, ability to define and communicate the big picture, strong interpersonal, consultative, consensus builder, and issue resolution skills, experience working in a team-oriented environment, and exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.

This role requires a self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
