Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced cloud professional to manage and maintain our AWS-based infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of microservices, Lex management, Kinesis data streams, and Contact Lens analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and Maintain AWS services using the Management Console, Amazon CloudWatch, and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Integrate microservices using Lambda functions, Step Functions, and Cognito authentication
- Manage Amazon Lex, Kinesis Data Streams, and Contact Lens for customer conversation analysis
- Develop backend code using Lambda functions and handle fulfillment logic
- Analyze customer conversations using machine learning with Amazon Comprehend and Transcribe
- Store conversation transcripts and analysis results in Amazon S3 storage
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in AWS administration and cloud infrastructure management
- Excellent understanding of AWS services and features, including security, networking, and computing
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies
