Quality Assurance Specialist

We seek a diligent Quality Assurance professional to undertake key responsibilities in ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans to meet set objectives.
  • Implement and monitor test scripts assessing functionality, reliability, performance, quality of services/products.
  • Identify and remediate defects within production processes.
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative/corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data to support informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate user expectations during testing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop quality assurance policies/procedures.
  • Investigate customer complaints/product issues to address concerns.
  • Maintain ongoing compliance with quality/industry regulatory requirements to minimize risk.
