We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our global IT team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving change requests and incidents related to SuccessFactors sub-modules, including configuration changes and integration issues for global projects. They will also document configurations and business processes, as well as handhold in uploads of master data files and other objects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incidents & change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules
  • Manage configuration changes and integration issues for global projects
  • Document configurations and business processes
  • Provide support for uploads of master data files and other objects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Implementation or support experience in at least two SuccessFactors modules
  • SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) ECC knowledge in Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PA), Time Management, and Payroll modules
SuccessFactors Modules:
  • Recruitment (RCM/RMK)
  • Onboarding (ONB)
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Time Management (Time Sheet & Absences)
  • Payroll (India)
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Performance and Goals Management (PMGM)
  • Compensation
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience or knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge in integrations within SuccessFactors and between SuccessFactors and SAP, as well as other third-party systems
  • Basic knowledge in SAP HCM – Time Management (Positive) and Payroll (any of countries - India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland)
Soft Skills:
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Able to deliver assigned work packages
