Job Title: Agricultural Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced agricultural leader to lead our agricultural operations in Tiruchirappalli.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Head production & logistics for the cluster, ensuring efficient planning, customer delivery metrics, and quality control.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to forecast market demand and plan production to meet consumer needs.
  3. Execute contracting farming activities with network farmers, adhering to best practices.
  4. Mobilise suitable farmers, train, motivate, and guide them on organic production as per protocols.
  5. Monitor farming activities to ensure compliance with best practices and no chemical usage.
  6. Manage collection centre activities at each Regional Agriculture Centre (RAC), receiving vegetables from network farmers, sorting, grading, and storage.
  7. Ensure produce quality and work closely with operations teams to supply produce to Collection centres/Distribution Centres.
  8. Plan RAC-level input production as per vegetable production plans.
  9. Collaborate with technical teams to execute practices in regenerative agriculture and provide feedback from the field.
  10. Explore opportunities for expanding across multiple locations in the same region.
