About the Role

As a Business Finance professional, you'll work collaboratively with 50+ experts in areas such as Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management, and Taxation.

You'll partner with finance industry specialists to resolve complex challenges and contribute to shaping key decisions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning: Translate strategic objectives into financial targets and tactical plans, executing with controlled risk and reward-based methods.
  • Financial Modelling: Adapt market best practices, train teams, and build organizational capability across all knowledge areas.
  • Problem Root Causing: Analyze allocated resources, recommend alternative solutions, and demonstrate expert knowledge using simulation tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of Business Finance experience, preferably as a Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance.
  • Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience, with proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders.
