Job Overview:

As the AVP - Delivery Director, you will oversee and optimize the delivery of Managed Projects and Managed Services for our lead-to-revenue strategy and transformations.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring consistency in the successful execution and timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

You will lead a team of project managers and consultants, driving operational excellence, process improvement, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge and understanding of Lead to Revenue business process flows, technology, and data
  • Proven experience working with large Fortune 500 companies in Hitech and Manufacturing industries delivering large-scale projects (over $10M)
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the delivery strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business goals. Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the company's delivery roadmap.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring that projects are properly planned, resourced, and executed. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and consultants, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to ensure the professional growth and development of team members.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and understanding their needs and expectations. Ensure consistent and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality standards, methodologies, and best practices for project delivery. Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project delivery processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for automation and leverage technology to streamline operations.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to monitor project budgets, profitability, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed-upon financial parameters.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering client engagements. Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in a leadership role overseeing the delivery of consulting services for large-scale projects
  • Strong project management expertise, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Deep understanding of consulting methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Experience in process improvement and driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation: We offer an estimated annual salary of $200,000 USD, based on local market conditions and the candidate's level of experience. This includes a competitive benefits package, comprehensive health insurance, and generous retirement plans.
