Position Overview:
As the AVP, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery of Managed Projects and Managed Services for our lead-to-revenue strategy and transformations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring consistency in the successful execution and timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. You will lead a team of project managers and consultants, driving operational excellence, process improvement, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge and understanding of “Lead to Revenue” business process flows, technology, and data
2 . Proven experience working with large Fortune 500 companies in Hitech and Manufacturing industries delivering large-scale project ($10+ M)
3 . Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the delivery strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business goals. Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the company's delivery roadmap.
4 . Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring that projects are properly planned, resourced, and executed. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
5 . Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and consultants, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to ensure the professional growth and development of team members.
6 . Client Relationship Management : Act as a key point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and understanding their needs and expectations. Ensure consistent and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
7 . Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality standards, methodologies, and best practices for project delivery. Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
8 . Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project delivery processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for automation and leverage technology to streamline operations.
9 . Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to monitor project budgets, profitability, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed-upon financial parameters.
10 . Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering client engagements. Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Proven experience (15+ years) in a leadership role overseeing the delivery of consulting services for large-scale projects
● Strong project management expertise, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
● Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
● Deep understanding of consulting methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
● Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
● Strong business acumen, including financial management and budgeting skills.
● Experience in process improvement and driving operational excellence.
