Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, forecasting, and supply chain optimization. We are seeking an expert to drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution.

This role contributes to our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure demand plans support strategic business goals.

  • Develop robust demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Leverage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting.

We are looking for individuals with 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations, preferably in manufacturing or electronics. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in forecasting tools, and ERP systems are essential.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are necessary. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also required.

Experience working with global teams and time zones is preferred.
