Lead Oracle Demantra Consultant - Demand Planning Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Demand Planning Expert to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules, leveraging expertise in demand management, trade planning, and deductions & settlement management.

About the Role:

  • Leverage 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra to design and configure workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.
  • Develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
  • Support integration with Oracle VCP and other ERP modules.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills & should be able to work with UK Client independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze interface and technical issues.
  2. Debug issues and provide solutions for Demantra.
  3. Design, develop, and deliver enhancements.
  4. Coordinate with Oracle & Business for Oracle SR's.
  5. Perform impact analysis.
  6. Detail solution design.
  7. Unit testing & Integration testing.
  8. Support UAT.
  9. Append documentation for requirement gatherings, use cases, Test scripts.
  10. Hand over to production support.
  11. Help Production Support for identifying repetitive issues and propose solution for permanent fix.
