Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented professional to develop creative design concepts, space planning, and deliver both 2D detailed drawings and 3D visualizations for residential interior solutions.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and preferences.
  • The Interior Designer will visit client sites for discussions and take on-site measurements to develop personalized design concepts.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing 2D detailed drawings using AutoCAD, creating 3D designs and realistic visualizations based on floor plans or on-site measurements using SketchUp and V-Ray.
  • Selecting and specifying appropriate materials, finishes, and design elements is also essential.
  • The successful candidate will present designs to clients for review, feedback, and approval.
  • Candidate must coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
  • Additionally, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines is crucial.
  • Maintaining an understanding of design trends, innovative solutions, and sustainable practices is vital.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in residential interior design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray (knowledge of Photoshop is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Able to balance creativity with practical execution.
