HR Intern Job Opportunity

This is a full-time remote role for an HR intern. The HR intern will support various tasks, including drafting and implementing HR policies, assisting in HR management and employee benefits, and participating in personnel initiatives.

The role involves gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions like:

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Onboarding and employee engagement
  • HR documentation and policy drafting
  • Learning and development coordination
  • HR analytics and dashboard reporting
  • Performance management and feedback cycles
  • HRIS and compliance basics

The HR intern will work closely with cross-functional teams on real HR operations, receive mentorship from experienced HR professionals, earn a UK internship certificate, and boost their CV with live HR project credentials.

This internship is part of a career-focused training-supported pathway where selected candidates are guided through practical assignments to become HR job-ready.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Skills in human resources (HR) and HR management
  • Understanding of HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in HR, business administration, or related field
