Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Flexcube professional to support customization and production support for Flexcube core banking.

This role requires a strong understanding of Flexcube modules, configuration, and technical design.

The ideal candidate will have experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.

They should be able to troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in managing EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.

Strong documentation skills are also required.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (core, CASA, loans, trade finance, payments, treasury).
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle Flexcube development workbench for direct and mobile banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
